ConnectPro BPO collects only what we need to respond to you. This page explains what the website gathers, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, and phone number.
• Careers form: name, email, phone, the role you mention, and any note you add.
• Home quote form: name, email, phone, and the details you type about your request.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through Google Analytics, so we can see which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use form details to reply to your request, follow up on a possible engagement, or review a job application. We do not sell this information.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in our lead system and emailed to the ConnectPro BPO team. Analytics data is processed by Google. We only share information if the law requires it, or with a service provider who helps us run the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and application records for as long as we need them to respond and manage the relationship, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
